Dr. R.L. Bramble has served as an educator, business executive,
consultant, motivational speaker, and writer. He holds two advanced
degrees in business administration - a Master of Science in Business
Administration and a Doctor of Business Administration - along with
a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree and the honorary degree of Doctor
of Sacred Literature. He has also completed post graduate work in
Biblical Studies.
He has held leadership positions in both profit and non-profit
organizations; has served as a management consultant and trainer to
numerous organizations, both secular and sectarian; and frequently
serves as a motivational speaker.
Dr. Bramble is active in church and faith-based organizations. He has
taught Bible studies and Bible classes for over 40 years and is in demand
as a public speaker. He was founding director of the Woman at the Well
Ministries, a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation, and is a member of the
Emmaus community. He has been awarded the designation of Certified
Leadership Coach by the Faith-Based Counselor Training Institute.
In addition to his faith-based activities, he currently serves on the board
of directors of several international corporations.
As a student of organizations and leadership, Dr. Bramble has observed
various styles of leadership along with those qualities which set the
successful leader apart from the others. He has listed these qualities in
his book, Leadership Lessons From The Bible: 40 Timeless
Principles for 21st Century Leaders, as well as its companion
seminar study guide, Practicing Leadership.
